The breeders listed below are current members in good standing of the Leonberger Club of Canada (LCC). However, it is the buyer's responsibility to research the breeder and to determine the breeder's reliability. The LCC in no way endorses or makes recommendations of any breeder on this list. Furthermore, the LCC does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse, either explicitly or implied, any Leonberger breeder nor does the LCC rate Leonberger breeders, their dogs or their offspring and has no regulatory powers over the actions of individual breeders. As a potential buyer it is your sole responsibility to ask questions and engage a Leonberger breeder. We strongly recommend you educate yourself about the Leonberger breed before contacting a breeder and purchasing a Leonberger puppy. Visit the Canine Health Information Center (CHIC) and the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) where you can search the health testing for individual dogs for helpful health-related information.
